How to print at a convenience store:
Requirements:
- My Number Card with electronic certificate active
- 4-digit certificate PIN (set in advance at city hall)
- Fee: ¥200 per copy (cheaper than counter)
- Not available during system maintenance (usually 2–5 AM)
